作者在点接触弹流润滑试验装置上,采用光干涉技术测定不同润滑油的弹流膜厚。并以英国Imperial College提供的标准油作为基准,标定出国产润滑油的压粘系数。文中讨论了测量原理和分析计算,以及提高测量精度的措施。本文还对几种不同系列及同一系列不同粘度的润滑油的压粘系数与温度影响进行了研究。
At the point contact Elastohydrodynamic lubrication test device, the optical interference technique was used to determine the film thickness of the elastohydrodynamics of different lubricants. Based on the standard oil provided by Imperial College, the pressure-viscosity coefficient of domestic lubricating oil was calibrated. The article discusses the measurement principle and analysis and calculation, as well as measures to improve the measurement accuracy. In this paper, the pressure-viscosity coefficient and temperature of several different series and same series of lubricating oil with different viscosities were also studied.
