介绍了采用声发射技术对76只集束式高压氢气钢瓶在带氢介质下升压进行在线检验和安全评定的方法。检测结果表明,72只钢瓶连续工作时间可延长3年,4只钢瓶出现B级或C级声发射定位源,需第二年再进行一次声发射在线检验以确定其延长工作的年限。
This paper introduces the method of using acoustic emission technology to conduct on-line inspection and safety assessment of the pressure of 76 bundled high-pressure hydrogen cylinders under the hydrogen medium. The test results show that the continuous working time of 72 cylinders can be prolonged for 3 years. The B or C acoustic emission positioning source appears in 4 cylinders, and the second time is needed to conduct an acoustic emission online test to determine the extended working life.
