本研究在《普通话水平测试大纲》修订和《普通话水平测试实施纲要》颁布的背景之下展开,研究重点是评分细则如何既严格执行《新大纲》,又密切联系本地区测试实践,同时兼顾与前10年普通话水平测试实践的紧密衔接。本文重点阐述了对于《新大纲》操作系统定性判分部分的细化表述,以及针对试卷转型(从五项测试转向四项测试)过程中两种卷型评分出现差异的现象,对评分细则作出的微调。
This study is carried out under the background of the revision of “Putonghua Proficiency Test Outline” and the promulgation of the “Compendium of Putonghua Proficiency Test”. The research focuses on how the scoring rules not only strictly implement the “new outline” but also closely relate to the testing practice in this region, Putonghua level test practice in the first 10 years of close cohesion.
