目的 :观察癫患者应用托吡酯单药治疗后 ,脑电背景活动及发作间歇期样放电的变化。方法 :对 42例癫患者给予托吡酯单药治疗 ,比较用药前和用药后 3个月时的脑电背景活动和发作间期样放电的变化及其与临床疗效的关系。结果 :用药 3个月时EEG的θ频段相对功率显著增加(P <0 0 5 ) ,α频段、δ频段、β频段相对功率改变不大 ;4例发作间期的样放电消失 ,6例明显减少 ,但样放电的改变与临床疗效无明显相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :托吡酯可使脑电背景活动中θ频段相对功率显著增加 ,发作间期的样放电减少 ,但样放电的改变与临床疗效无关
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of EEG background activity and intermittent discharge during intermittent episodes of epilepsy in patients with epilepsy. Methods: Twenty-two patients with epilepsy were given topiramate monotherapy. The changes of EEG background activity and interictal discharge before and 3 months after treatment were compared and their relationship with clinical efficacy were compared. Results: The relative power of θ in EEG increased significantly at 3 months (P <0.05), while the relative power in α, δ and β did not change much. The discharge of EEG in 4 cases disappeared, and in 6 cases (P> 0.05). However, there was no significant correlation between the change of discharge and the clinical efficacy (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Topiramate can significantly increase the relative power of θ-band in the background of brain electrical activity and reduce the discharge in the interictal phase. However, the change of -like discharge has nothing to do with clinical efficacy
