前牙切端缺损多由外伤造成,影响美观、发音和切割功能。随着各种复合充填材料的问世,前牙切端缺损的修复过程被大大简化了。近几年快速发展起来的光固化复合树脂,使前牙切端或切角缺损的修复有了很大的发展。但复台树脂修复仍在色泽、染色和功能上存在一定缺点。 从1986年起,我们用正畸加调磨的方法修复切端和切角缺损,获得了粘结材料修复无法达到的效果。
