本文提出了高稳定性前桥驱动液压翻斗车的总体设计方案。采用铰接摇摆式车架及新型翻斗机构设计的翻斗车满足了满载下坡制动时的不倾翻条件,其纵向稳定性系数可大于0.7,与现有翻斗车相比,可改善车架及前后桥的受力状况,消除司机体重不同对牵引性能的影响,减少对司机振动的振源。1987年5月被批准为中国专利,专利号为86200996,专利证书号4370,国际分类号B60P1/16。
This paper presents the overall design of a high stability front axle driven hydraulic dump truck. The dump truck designed with a hinged swing frame and a new dump mechanism meets the non-overturning condition when the full-load downhill brake is applied. The vertical stability coefficient can be greater than 0.7. Compared with the existing dump truck, the frame can be improved. The force conditions of the front and rear axles eliminate the influence of different driver weights on the traction performance and reduce the vibration source of driver vibration. May 1987 was approved as a Chinese patent, patent number 86200996, patent certificate number 4370, international classification number B60P1/16.
