调查兰州市婴幼儿血铅水平和相关因素。取146名健康婴幼儿末梢血,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,测得血铅浓度。被测婴幼儿的家长填写涉及45个因素的调查表。测得的血铅值和调查表内容进行多元逐步回归分析。结果:兰州市婴幼儿平均血铅水平为(80.4±39.4)μg/L,其中≥100μg/L35例,占23.9%。25月~30月龄组幼儿血铅水平最高,达(98.67±42.48)μg/L,较其它月龄组有显著差异。婴幼儿的血铅与年龄、胎龄有非常显著的相关性(P<0.01);与父母的职业、使用油漆、现有体重等7个因素有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。
Survey of infant blood lead levels and related factors in Lanzhou City. Take 146 healthy infant peripheral blood, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, measured blood lead levels. Parents of infants and young children were asked to fill in a questionnaire involving 45 factors. Measured blood lead values and questionnaire content of multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results: The mean level of blood lead in infants and young children in Lanzhou was (80.4 ± 39.4) μg / L, of which 35 cases were ≥100 μg / L, accounting for 23.9%. The level of blood lead in children from 25 months to 30 months of age was the highest (98.67 ± 42.48 μg / L), which was significantly different from other months. There was a significant correlation between blood lead and age and gestational age (P <0.01) in infants and young children. There was a significant correlation between blood lead and occupational factors, paints, body weight and other factors (P <0.05).
