坏死性筋膜炎,系皮下组织及筋膜迅速扩展的急性的广泛性坏死、且伴有严重全身中毒症状的细菌感染性疾病、此病极为罕见,特点是不损害肌肉,炎症只限于皮肤。皮下组织及浅筋膜、典型特征是皮肤呈兰黑色损害,如延误诊治,死亡率甚高。本病常以外伤为诱因,好发于四肢及躯干,头颈部少见。故口腔颌面外科报道甚少。笔者就1970年以来医治的4例作如下分析。临床资料
Necrotizing fasciitis, an acute and widespread necrosis of rapidly expanding subcutaneous tissue and fascia, and a bacterial infectious disease associated with severe systemic poisoning. It is extremely rare and is characterized by not impairing the muscles and inflammation being restricted to the skin. Subcutaneous tissue and superficial fascia, the typical feature is the blue-black skin damage, such as delayed diagnosis and treatment, the mortality rate is very high. The disease often trauma as a trigger, occur in the limbs and trunk, head and neck rare. Therefore, oral and maxillofacial surgery is rarely reported.
