珠海横琴二桥主桥主跨400m,钢桁拱梁施工采用拱上吊机结合斜拉扣挂系统的半伸臂架设方法,体系转换频繁,受力复杂。针对其特点,结合施工全过程有限元分析,阐述了通过预偏预降方法实现边墩精确上墩、主拱及刚性系杆无应力快速合龙的施工技术,为同类型钢梁施工提供了有力参考。另外,本桥地处沿海强风地区,上部结构施工经历两个台风期,为检验结构的抗风性能,制作了关键施工工况的缩尺模型,并实施了气弹模型风洞试验。试验结果表明,在检验风速范围内,结构未发生主拱肋颤振、驰振及横向屈曲、扭转发散等静力失稳现象。
