本文介绍了一种单片机控制的微扭矩监测系统。应用磁阻式传感器将机床主轴转速的变化转换成与之对应的方波宽度变化,在方波内填充计数脉冲。当扭矩变化时,转速变化,方波宽度亦随之变化,因此计数脉冲个数即代表扭矩大小。事先向单片机内输入临界扭矩(实验或计算获得),与实时测量的扭矩值比较,据此结果确定机床工作状态,这样可有效地保证工件质量,防止工件报废。
This article describes a microcontroller-controlled micro-torque monitoring system. The magnetoresistive sensor is used to transform the change of the spindle speed of the machine tool into the corresponding change of the square wave width, and the count pulse is filled in the square wave. When the torque changes, the speed changes, the square wave width also changes, so count the number of pulses that represents the size of the torque. Prior to enter the microcontroller critical torque (experiment or calculated), and real-time measurement of torque value comparison, the results determine the working state of the machine, which can effectively ensure the quality of the workpiece, to prevent the workpiece scrapped.
