从番茄坏死性病毒病株中分离得到TN分离物,经接种10科39种植物,能侵染其中8科26种,接种番茄苗引起急性坏死,在辣椒、烟草上也引起坏死症状。TN分离物的失毒温度为50℃,稀释限度5×10~(-3)—5×10~(-4),体外保毒期1—2天。经琼脂双扩散测定,TN分离物与黄瓜花叶病毒抗血清呈阳性反应。用差速离心等方法提纯的病毒,经醋酸铀负染,粒子为20面体,直径为28nm。据此认为,TN分离物属黄瓜花叶病毒组的黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)。
TN isolates were isolated from tomato necrotrophic virus isolates. Inoculated with 39 kinds of plants of 10 families, 26 strains of 8 families were infected, and inoculated with tomato seedlings caused acute necrosis, and also caused necrosis symptoms in pepper and tobacco. The detoxification temperature of TN isolate was 50 ℃, the dilution limit was 5 × 10 -3 -5 × 10 -4, and the protection period was 1-2 days in vitro. TN agar was positive with cucumber mosaic virus antiserum by agar double diffusion assay. The virus purified by differential centrifugation was negatively stained with uranyl acetate and the particles were 20-facets with a diameter of 28 nm. Therefore, TN isolates belong to cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) of cucumber mosaic virus group.
