本文报告4例急性白血病患几经胎肝造血干细胞移植(FLT)的疗效。4例均经过大剂量化疗及全身放疗预处理,移植后平均39.5天恢复造血功能,3例有短期植活证据,2例持续完缓超过2年,最长3年8月。对存在问题也进行了讨论。 This article reports the efficacy of several cases of acute leukemia in patients with fetal liver stem cell transplantation (FLT). Four patients were treated with high-dose chemotherapy and systemic radiotherapy. The hematopoietic function was restored on average after 39.5 days. Three cases had evidence of short-term survival. The remaining two cases lasted more than 2 years and the longest was 3 years. The existing problems are also discussed.
