目的:研究射干及鸢尾属植物的鲜品、干品中各异黄酮成份含量的变化。方法:以70%乙醇回流提取,采用HPLC法测定样品中各异黄酮含量。结果:针对射干苷、野鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素、野鸢尾黄素、次野鸢尾黄素、白射干素这六种成份进行考察。射干鲜品和干品中含量最多的是野鸢尾苷,最少的是鸢尾黄素;德国鸢尾鲜品和干品中以次野鸢尾黄素含量最高,鸢尾黄素含量最低;在日本鸢尾鲜品及干品中几乎检测不到这6种成份。结论:射干及鸢尾属植物鲜品、干品异黄酮成份含量各有不同,为临床安全用药提供依据。
Objective: To study the changes of the contents of isoflavones in dried and fresh stems and iris plants. Methods: The extract was extracted with 70% ethanol and the contents of isoflavones in the samples were determined by HPLC.
