选用5个基因型小麦(Triticum aestivum Linn.)、4个基因型玉米(Zea mays)研究基因型对小麦×玉米单倍体胚产生频率的影响。结果表明,玉米基因型显著影响得胚率,小麦基因型与二者间的互作极显著影响得胚率。参加试验的各小麦基因型均产生了单倍体胚,不同基因型小麦与不同基因型玉米杂交平均得胚率差异极显著,最高达33.0%,最低仅为8.8%。小麦单倍体胚产生过程中,玉米基因型极显著影响小麦单倍体胚产生频率,应根据小麦材料的遗传背景选择合适的玉米基因型。针对遗传背景特别复杂的小麦材料,建议选用单倍体诱导率普遍较高的几种玉米的混合花粉授粉。
Five genotypes of wheat (Triticum aestivum Linn.) And four genotypes of maize (Zea mays) were used to study the effects of genotypes on the frequency of wheat × maize haploid embryos. The results showed that the maize genotype significantly affected the embryo rate, the wheat genotype and the interaction between the two have a very significant impact on the embryo rate. The haploid embryos were produced in all the wheat genotypes tested. The average embryo germination rate of hybrids with different genotypes and maize genotypes was extremely significant (up to 33.0%, the lowest being 8.8%). In the process of wheat haploid embryogenesis, the maize genotype has a very significant effect on the frequency of haploid embryogenesis in wheat. The appropriate maize genotype should be selected according to the genetic background of wheat material. For the wheat with particularly complicated genetic background, it is recommended to use pollination of mixed pollen from several kinds of maize, which are generally higher in haploid induction rate.
