随着越来越多的消费者进入在线购物领域并在网上商店中购买各种物品,他们在工具和技术上要求逐渐提高,希望自己的在线购物经历更为舒适和个性化。他们不需要更快速的商品搜索引擎或更华美绚丽的站电,一些购物者想要的只是在商店中购物所能得到的个性化的感觉,比如来自售货员的建议等等。 电子商务站点也正在采用大量的技术手段来提供更为个性化的购物感受。在线购物者也许并不一定要求有专业的售货员接待,但至少不想觉得是推着一辆虚拟的购物手推车在进行自选购物。 能否在在线购物时得到与实际购物或邮购不同的感受是一件值得关注的事
As more and more consumers enter the online shopping arena and buy various items in the online store, they are demanding more tools and technologies and want to make their online shopping experience more comfortable and personal. They do not need a faster product search engine or a gorgeous gorgeous station, and some shoppers want only the personalized feel of shopping in stores, such as advice from salespeople.
