个体创新是企业整体创新的基础,组织创新氛围的好坏关系到创新的成败。本文以组织学习理论、社会认知理论为基础,引入知识分享和知识整合,研究组织创新氛围对创新行为的作用机制。在中国情境下首创性地构建了以知识分享、知识整合为中介变量的个体创新行为模型,丰富和发展了创新行为的研究,同时还提出了相关的研究假设。最后指出未来可以实证验证该模型,以及继续深化组织创新氛围对创新行为的作用机制。
Individual innovation is the basis of the overall innovation of the enterprise. The quality of the innovation atmosphere of the organization is related to the success or failure of innovation. Based on organizational learning theory and social cognition theory, this paper introduces knowledge sharing and knowledge integration to study the mechanism of organizational innovation atmosphere on innovation behavior. In the context of China, we first construct a model of individual innovation behavior that takes knowledge sharing and knowledge integration as mediating variables, enrich and develop the research on innovation behavior, and also put forward relevant research assumptions. Finally, it is pointed out that the model can be verified empirically in the future, and the mechanism of continuing to deepen the innovation atmosphere of the organization for innovation behavior.
