在液芯光纤内产生共振拉曼效应,可以提高拉曼光谱强度109倍。测定了 10-10~10-5 mol/L浓度样品的拉曼光谱。实验结果表明,β-胡罗卜素在CS2中 1520 cm-1拉曼线的强度(散射系数)、频移、线宽随浓度降低而发生变化。
Resonance Raman effect in the liquid core fiber, can enhance the Raman spectral intensity of 109 times. The Raman spectra of 10-10 ~ 10-5 mol / L samples were measured. The experimental results show that the intensity (scattering coefficient), frequency shift and line width of 1520 cm-1 Raman line of β-carotene in CS2 change with decreasing concentration.
