在环氧树脂中加入自制的聚酰胺固化促进剂制得固化体系,采用动态DSC研究了该固化体系的固化动力学,建立了固化动力学的唯象模型。研究了等温条件下固化度、温度和时间的关系及固化度和玻璃化转变温度之间的关系。通过平板拉丝法研究了凝胶时间和凝胶温度之间的关系,并通过回归得到固化体系凝胶时的固化度和玻璃化转变温度,在此基础上绘制了该固化体系的温度-时间转换图(TTT图)。
The curing system was made by adding self-made polyamide curing accelerator into the epoxy resin. The curing kinetics of the curing system was studied by dynamic DSC, and the phenomenological model of curing kinetics was established. The relationship between the curing degree, the temperature and the time under the isothermal condition and the relationship between the curing degree and the glass transition temperature were studied. The relationship between the gel time and the gel temperature was studied by the flat plate drawing method. The curing degree and the glass transition temperature of the curing system gel were obtained by regression. On this basis, the temperature-time conversion of the curing system Chart (TTT chart).
