最高人民法院民庭于1992年11月在北京就审理民亭案件中有关离婚时的财产分割、子女抚养和侵犯死者名誉权纠纷等问题召开了专题座谈会。参加会议的有来自各地区从事民事审判的同志、法学界在京的部分民法、婚姻法专家和中央有关单位的代表共30余人。会上,大家对最高法院民庭草拟的上述几个问题的征求意见稿从理论和实践的不同角度,展开了深入研究探讨,发表了许多赋有新意的见解。特简要综述如下,供读者进一步研究探讨:
In November 1992, the Supreme Court of People's Court held a special symposium in Beijing on the trial of the case of Minting District in connection with the division of property at the time of divorce, the issue of child support and the violation of the reputation right of the deceased. More than 30 representatives of civil servants, experts in marriage law and relevant central authorities from the legal circles in Beijing who attended the conference were comrades from various regions engaged in civil trials. At the meeting, everyone on the Supreme People's Court drafted several draft questions on the draft from a theoretical and practical point of view, conducted in-depth study, published a lot of innovative ideas.
