本文在深入分析远程教学和集结式教学两个概念的基础上，提出远程教学与集结式教学融合的必要性与方法，并就开放大学的发展应注意的问题提出了一些粗浅的看法。
On the basis of deeply analyzing the two concepts of distance teaching and assembly teaching, this paper puts forward the necessity and methods of integrating distance teaching and assembly teaching, and puts forward some superficial opinions on the problems that should be paid attention to in the development of Open University.
