所研究的比例减压阀应用了“出口压力直接检测反馈”原理,使阀的主要稳态性能指标比传统阀有数倍提高;同时应用了先导级和主级之间的“级间动压反馈”原理,提高了阀的稳定性。 本文对应用新原理的减压阀和传统型式减压阀的控制原理进行了对比,介绍了阀的试验结果及与传统阀特性的比较,给出了动态性能计算机仿真结果。 该阀的应用可显著提高主机的控制性能,具有较好的实际应用前景。
The proportional pressure reducing valve researched the principle of “outlet pressure direct detection feedback”, which makes the main steady state performance index of the valve several times higher than that of the traditional valve.
