研究中药复方制剂润肠通便合剂对家兔在体回肠收缩的药理作用。实验结果表明润肠通便合剂能增加家兔在体回肠的收缩频率和收缩强度,有明显的通便作用,临床上可用于治疗便秘症。
To study the pharmacological effects of the traditional Chinese medicine compound formula, Runchang Tongbian mixture on the ileum contraction in rabbits. The experimental results show that Runchang Tongbian Mixture can increase the contraction frequency and contraction strength of rabbits in the ileum, which has obvious laxative effect and can be used clinically to treat constipation.
