目的 研究扩张术对血管束移位预构带软骨复合组织皮瓣的预构进程及成活面积的影响 .方法 采用雄性日本大耳白免 30只 ,分为扩张组、硅胶膜衬垫组及正常预构组 ,每组 10只 .血管束移位后 ,在肉膜深面分别植入扩张囊及硅胶膜 ,扩张囊组 1wk后开始注水 5 0 m L,2 wk后再补注 5 0 m L.3wk后形成仅以预构血管为蒂的岛状皮瓣 ,观察记录其成活面积 ,并行钼钯 X线造影观察新生血管情况 .结果 3组动物形成的预构皮瓣成活面积经方差分析 ,两两比较 ,相差十分显著 (P<0 .0 1) .微血管造影显示扩张组新生血管多 ,与原皮瓣间吻合枝多且较粗大 .结论 扩张术能缩短预构皮瓣的预构时间 ,增大预构皮瓣的成活面积
Objective To study the effects of dilatation on the presymptomatic process and survival area of vascular bundles prefabricated with cartilage composite tissue flap.Methods Thirty male Japanese white rabbits were divided into two groups: dilation group, silicone rubber pad group and normal Preconstruction group, each group 10. After vascular bundle displacement, were implanted in the deep surface of the dilated capsule and silicone membrane, dilatation capsule group after 1wk began to inject water 50ml, 2wk and then fill in 50m L.3wk formed only prefabricated pedicle island flap, observed and recorded the survival area, and molybdenum Palladium X-ray angiography observed neovascularization.Results The survival rate of the three groups of animals preformed flap was analyzed by analysis of variance , Compared with each other, the difference is very significant (P <0.01) .Coronary angiography showed that the expansion group of new blood vessels, and the original flap between the anastomosis more and thicker.Conclusion Dilation can shorten the prefabricated flap preformation Time, increasing the survival area of prefabricated flap
