性功能的神经药理学研究进展

性功能受到下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的神经内分泌调节,也受到副交感神经、交感神经、阴部神经的直接调节以及大脑皮层的调控。有关药物通过多种途径对性功能的影响正越来越受到重视。晚近,药物对性功能神经调节方面影响的研究,在实验和临床上均已获得较广泛的开展。本文就性功能的神经药理学研究进展综述如下:一、性功能的神经调节研究进展人类性功能的反应周期,一般可以分为性的兴奋、性兴奋的维持、性欲高潮和性兴奋的消退四相。关于性功能的研究男性开展较多,其典型的特征是阴茎的勃起和精液的输出,较之女性的阴道润滑以及性欲高潮来说较容易估计。神经解剖学和组织化学 Sexual function by the hypothalamus - pituitary - gonadal axis of neuroendocrine regulation, but also by the parasympathetic, sympathetic, genitals, and direct regulation of the cerebral cortex.
