1988~1995年在云南省林业科学院普文试验林场建成了全国第一个思茅松无性系种子园,面积333hm2。本文应用思茅松天然优良林分选择的研究成果,在中选的优良林分中,以5株优势木法、指数法为评选优树的方法,详细介绍了思茅松无性系种子园建园材料的选择标准和方法。以普文思茅松无性系种子园建设为例,从园址选择、种子园区划、苗木培育、优树收集区和种子生产区的建立方面系统地介绍了思茅松无性系种子园的建园技术及方法。并就如何通过半同胞子代测定评估优良家系的遗传增益,以及建立展示林、试验林等作了论述。普文思茅松无性系种子园的建设经验,可供今后继续扩大建园参考。
From 1988 to 1995, the first Chinese Sequoia crenata clonal seed orchard was established in Puwen Experimental Forest Farm of Yunnan Academy of Forestry, covering an area of 333hm2.
