目的:探讨宁夏枸杞果实的三维荧光光谱快速测试方法及其在枸杞子产地鉴别分析中的应用。方法:运用平行因子分析法分解不同测试模式下的枸杞子三维荧光矩阵,比较直接测试与甲醇浸提液测试所得枸杞子三维荧光光谱的特性。结果:宁夏枸杞鲜果果浆直接测试三维荧光光谱具有与甲醇浸提液测试等同效果;宁夏枸杞干果粉末直接测试三维荧光光谱应用效果优于甲醇浸提液测试。结论:该研究建立了宁夏枸杞鲜果果浆和干果粉末的三维荧光光谱快速测试方法,并且利用宁夏枸杞干果粉末三维荧光矩阵的平行因子分析浓度得分实现了宁夏枸杞产地的快速鉴别。
OBJECTIVE: To study the rapid test method of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of Lycium barbarum in Ningxia and its application in the identification of the origin of Lycium barbarum. Methods: The three-dimensional fluorescence matrix of Lycium barbarum in different test modes was decomposed by parallel factor analysis, and the three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of Lycium barbarum L. obtained by direct test and methanol extract were compared. Results: Direct measurement of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of fresh fruit pulp of Ningxia wolfberry fruit has the same effect as that of methanol extract. The direct application of Ningxia wolfberry dried fruit powder three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum is better than that of methanol extract. Conclusion: This study established a rapid test method for the three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of fresh fruit pulp and dried fruit powder of Ningxia wolfberry. The rapid identification of the origin of wolfberry in Ningxia was achieved by using the parallel factor analysis concentration score of Ningxia wolfberry dried fruit powder three-dimensional fluorescence matrix.
