目的 :研究光敏剂m THPC加红光照射对人卵巢癌上皮细胞A2 780的体外杀伤作用。方法 :在人体卵巢癌上皮细胞A2 780的培养液内 ,分别加入浓度为 0 .1,0 .2 ,0 .3,0 .4μg·ml-1的光敏剂m THPC ,加红光照射。观察细胞形态变化并用细胞计数的方法测定细胞的存活率。结果 :在 0 .1~ 0 .4μg·ml-1浓度范围内 ,m THPC对A2 780细胞的光敏杀伤作用随浓度的增加而增强。单纯的光照对其无明显影响。结论 :m THPC加红光照射对人卵巢癌上皮细胞A2 780具有较强的体外杀伤作用 ,其作用强度与m THPC的浓度有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the in vitro cytotoxicity of photosensitizer m THPC plus red light on human ovarian epithelial cell A2 780. Methods: The photosensitizer m THPC with concentration of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 μg · ml-1 were added into the culture medium of human ovarian cancer cell line A2 780, respectively, and then irradiated with red light. Observation of cell morphological changes and cell counting method to determine the survival rate of cells. Results: In the range of 0.1-1.4 μg · ml-1, the phototoxicity of m-THPC on A2 780 cells increased with increasing concentration. Pure light had no significant effect on it. CONCLUSION: m THPC plus red light irradiation has strong killing effect on human ovarian epithelial cell line A2 780 in vitro. Its intensity is related to the concentration of m THPC.
