2009年,对舞蹈系来说,是不平凡的一年。面对学院以中专、高职、本科三位一体的职业艺术教育模式的生成,使舞蹈系的教育肢体尤如五脏俱全的麻雀,但麻雀能否以苍鹰的雄姿启动,从课堂到舞台,由学校到社会,再由艺术实践到艺术市场的这样一个庞大的教育肢体,这种新的教育模式对我们舞蹈系新的教学体系是一个严峻考验。目前我系只有13位舞蹈专职教师,4位钢琴伴奏,20个舞蹈教室,却要承载六百多名中专、高职、大学本科,三十二个教学班次的舞蹈教育,不仅师资教室短缺,而且要开展多元的舞蹈艺术人才的立体化教育,这已成为我们新的课题。
