本文对桂参止痛合剂通过灌胃给药进行小鼠急性毒性试验 ,大鼠长期毒性实验 ,大鼠依赖性产生检测试验 ,结果发现 ,急毒试验L D50 不能测出 ,MTD>80 g· kg- 1;长毒试验 ,连续 90天 ,52 g· kg- 1· d- 1组与 2 6 g· kg- 1· d- 1组生长发育均正常 ,血液生化学和病理学检查 ,均未见明显毒性 :依赖性产生试验 ,2 6 g· kg- 1·d- 1连续 90天 ,未见依赖性产生。说明桂参止痛合剂是低毒 ,无依赖性安全的强效镇痛新药。
