研究了制取马尾松预水解硫酸盐浆粕的置换蒸煮工艺条件(总用碱量、温充与热充段的碱配比、硫化度)的变化对成浆性能的影响,并对蒸煮后的浆粕进行了ECF漂白。结果表明:在一定范围内随着总碱用量的增大,未漂浆粕的卡伯值、聚合度、得率均呈下降趋势;温充段与热充段的碱分配比从25:75到55:45变化时,未漂浆粕的卡伯值、聚合度、得率均呈上升趋势;在一定范围内随着硫化度的增大,未漂浆粕的卡伯值、得率呈下降趋势,其聚合度呈上升趋势。在其他条件固定,总用碱量为32%、碱分配比为45:55、硫化度为25%时进行置换蒸煮后得到的未漂浆粕(卡伯值约为13、聚合度约为660、得率为32%~33%)较适宜制取黏胶纤维用溶解浆。
