目的:探讨血液净化治疗马桑中毒的可行性。方法:对1例临床确诊为急性口服马桑叶中毒的患者进行血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,连续治疗3 d,每天治疗2 h,同时联合药物等治疗。结果:该患者入院前及入院后均有抽搐,入院后神志不清、烦躁不安,应用地西泮镇静治疗效果差,改用丙泊酚静脉注射镇静,顺利完成2 h血液净化治疗后,神志逐渐转清楚。结论:对于重型马桑中毒患者及早进行血液净化治疗,神经精神系统症状可较早缓解。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of blood purification in treating Mulberry poisoning. Methods: A hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion was given to one patient with acutely diagnosed acute oral mulberry poisoning. The patients were treated continuously for 3 days and treated for 2 hours a day. Results: Before and after admission, the patient had convulsions. After admission, he was unconscious and irritable. After diazepam sedation was not effective, he was switched to intravenous sedation with propofol. After 2 hours of blood purification, his consciousness Gradually turn clear. CONCLUSION: The neuropsychiatric symptoms can be alleviated earlier in patients with severe MAH poisoning treated with blood purification.
