对102名受试者采用电流刺激牙龈的方法,记录三骇叉神经诱发电位,其中32名采用机械和电流两种刺激,二种方法均可在同侧、对侧头皮 C_3′/C_4′(10/20系统)记录到一个三相复合波。两侧比较,对侧潜伏期短,波幅高。统计结果表明,两种方法所诱发的颅表电位(除波 N_20外)各波潜伏期呈直线相关,电流刺激三叉神经诱发电位在不同年龄组间无明显差别。结果提示,机械刺激法不仅印证了电流刺激三叉神经诱发电位,而且进一步证明三叉神经诱发电位是面部深感觉通路的电活动,并存在同侧、对侧两条传导途经。
102 subjects were stimulated with current to stimulate the gums, recording trigeminal nerve stimulation potential, of which 32 were used both mechanical and electrical stimulation, both methods can be in the ipsilateral and contralateral scalp C_3 ’/ C_4’ ( 10/20 system) recorded a three-phase composite wave. On both sides of the contralateral side of the incubation period is short, high amplitude. The statistical results showed that there was a linear correlation between the latency of cranial surface (except wave N_20) induced by the two methods and the current-induced trigeminal evoked potentials had no significant difference among different age groups. The results suggest that the mechanical stimulation method not only confirms the current-induced trigeminal evoked potentials, but also further demonstrates that the trigeminal nerve evoked potential is the electrical activity of the facial deep sensory pathway and there are two ipsilateral and contralateral conduction routes.
