为探讨人大颗粒淋巴细胞抗菌分子的抗菌活性,采用制备性酸性尿素聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对人大颗粒淋巴细胞胞浆颗粒酸溶性提取物的抗菌组分HLP1、HLP2、HLP3进行分离纯化。结果:TricineSDSPAGE分析显示,HLP1、HLP2均为多肽混合物,其分子量范围分别是56~13kd和56~88kd;HLP3为一7kd的单一多肽。琼脂糖弥散法和电泳凝胶琼脂糖弥散法抗菌试验显示,HLP1、HLP2、HLP3对致病性大肠杆菌ML35P氨苄青霉素耐药株、金葡球菌ATCC25923株、绿脓杆菌ATCC27853株均有很强的杀菌作用。提示人大颗粒淋巴细胞存在的小分子抗菌多肽可能在人天然免疫的抗感染防御机制中发挥了重要作用

Small molecule antimicrobial peptides that suggest the presence of human granulocyte lymphocytes may play an important role in the anti-infective defense mechanisms of human innate immunity
