水随天去漫无际,约期寻梅共聚,又是一年雨话时,寄语热点重提。慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)为一种慢性气道阻塞性疾病的统称,主要指具有不可逆性气道阻塞的慢性支气管炎和肺气肿两种疾病,严重威胁人群的健康和生活质量。为探讨其治疗进展和规范用药,本期专家论坛的主题锁定于慢性阻塞性肺疾病。赵鸣武、蔡柏蔷、王洪武、阙呈立、孙忠实、翟红玉、王淑梅、段京莉、贡联兵、吝战权、周颖、陈世才、王丽霞、沈素、李国辉、任淑萍、马金兰等医药专家集聚一堂,在北京大学第三医院赵鸣武教授的主持下,蔡柏蔷、王洪武、阙呈立教授先后就COPD治疗的现状、COPD稳定期治疗药物吸入性糖皮质激素与支气管扩张剂研究进展、COPD急性加重的抗菌治疗等报告。目的在于对广大临床一线医师、药师在实际用药中有所启迪和裨益,延续合理用药的话题。
