目的:建立不同产地川芎药材品质与产地土壤因子的相关性,确定影响川芎药材质量的主要因素。方法:采用TFW-VII型土壤养分·水分综合测定仪测定土壤样品中有机质、速效磷、速效钾及硝态氮等土壤营养值,采用SPSS统计软件分析土壤营养值与川芎有效成分含量间的相关性。结果:相关性分析显示土壤速效钾与川芎有效成分相关性最大,速效钾与川芎总荧光物质、藁苯内酯均呈极显著负相关,而与洋川芎内酯呈极显著正相关。其次是有机质、土壤pH、速效磷,而硝态氮与所选有效成分均无显著相关性。结论:影响川芎有效成分的主要土壤因素是速效钾和有机质。同时通过分析还发现川芎有效成分之间、土壤营养值之间均存在一定的相关关系,由此说明土壤养分对于川芎药材品质的影响并非单因素作用,而是由协同作用来共同影响川芎药材品质。该结论可为川芎的合理栽培、管理提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the correlation between the quality of Rhizoma Chuanxiong in different areas and the soil factor in the producing area, and to determine the main factors that affect the quality of Chuanxiong. Methods: Soil nutrient values of soil organic matter, available phosphorus, available potassium and nitrate nitrogen in soil samples were determined by TFW-VII soil nutrient and water comprehensive analyzer. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between soil nutrient values and the active components of Chuanxiong Sex. Results: Correlation analysis showed that the available potassium in soil had the highest correlation with the active ingredient of Chuanxiong. The available potassium had a very significant negative correlation with the total fluorescent substance of Chuanxiong rhizome and terpene lactone, but had a significant positive correlation with. Followed by organic matter, soil pH, available phosphorus, and nitrate nitrogen and the selected active ingredients were no significant correlation. Conclusion: The main soil factors that affect the effective components of Rhizoma Chuanxiong are available potassium and organic matter. At the same time, we also found that there is a certain correlation between the active ingredients of Chuanxiong and the soil nutrient values, which shows that the effect of soil nutrients on the quality of Chuanxiong rhizome is not a single factor, but synergistic effect to the quality of Chuanxiong . This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the rational cultivation and management of Chuanxiong.
