介绍了三种汽车制动能量回收系统的工作原理和特点,简述了汽车电磁制动的工作原理,对电磁制动技术应用于汽车制动能量回收系统的必要性与可行性进行了分析。通过分析比较现有的电磁制动与制动能量回收系统集成的结构方案,提出了集成制动系统的研究重点和发展方向。集成制动系统的重点研究方向为:集成制动系统优化匹配设计、制动模式切换控制研究和集成制动系统功能的扩展。
The working principle and characteristics of three kinds of vehicle braking energy recovery system are introduced. The working principle of electromagnetic braking is briefly introduced. The necessity and feasibility of applying electromagnetic braking technology to vehicle braking energy recovery system are analyzed. By analyzing and comparing the existing structural solutions of electromagnetic braking and braking energy recovery system integration, the research focus and development direction of integrated braking system are put forward. The main research directions of the integrated brake system are as follows: the optimized matching design of the integrated brake system, the research of the brake mode switching control and the expansion of the integrated brake system.
