分析了热处理制度对Gr.3纯钛厚壁管材力学性能及显微组织的影响,以及镗孔处理对成品管材探伤合格率的影响。结果表明:成品管采用510℃×90 min真空退火,组织为均匀细小的等轴晶,室温力学性能满足ASTM B338标准要求;开坯轧制后半成品管材经镗孔处理能够有效去除内表面微裂纹,提高成品管探伤合格率。
The effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Gr.3 pure titanium thick-walled pipe was analyzed, and the influence of boring treatment on the yield of finished pipe was analyzed. The results show that the finished tube is vacuum annealed at 510 ℃ for 90 min and the microstructure is uniform and fine equiaxed crystal. The mechanical properties at room temperature can meet the requirements of ASTM B338. The semi-finished tube after billet rolling can effectively remove the inner surface microcracks , Improve the qualified rate of finished product testing.
