Clients are also required to have strategic planning capabilities and require PR firms to answer the “WHAT” and “WHY” public relations services before returning to “HOW”. This is the customer these years I feel the most intense. The vast majority of services provided by Chinese PR firms to clients are two types of news agencies and event management.
