本文通过现场的调查研究,证明显微作业一次连续操作时间30分钟,随后有5分钟休息,不但可以有效地预防视功能疲劳的发生,比长时间(大于30分钟)连续操作方式尚可提高工作效率21%。这种劳动休息交替方法是显微作业最佳的劳动休息方式。
