糖尿病并发症危害严重,内皮细胞功能障碍可导致其血管并发症的发生。而波动性高血糖比持续性高血糖更能导致内皮损伤。相对于持续性高血糖来说,在血糖波动中,Toll样受体4、蛋白激酶C、c-Jun氨基末端激酶高表达,下游的核因子κB、p53及血管内皮细胞黏附分子等高表达,一氧化氮通过磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B途径合成减少。绿茶在内皮细胞保护方面研究众多,在防治血糖波动带来的内皮细胞损伤方面有着巨大的潜力。“,”Diabetes has serious complications.Endothelial dysfunction can result in the vascular compli-cations.And intermittent high glucose enhances endothelial damage more than constant high glucose in vitro and in vivo studies.Compared with constant high glucose,Toll-like receptor,protein kinase,c-Jun N-terminal kinase are obviously increased in intermittent high glucose.nuclear factor-κB,p53 and VCAM-1 as the down-stream factors are in high expression levels,and nitric oxide synthesis through phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B pathway is reduced.The studies of green tea on endothelial cell protection are numerous, which indicates a great potential in the prevention and control of endothelial damage caused by glucose fluc-tuations.
