蜂王浆又叫王浆、蜂乳,工蜂王浆腺分泌的乳状物质,专供蜂王和3日龄内的幼虫食用。蜂王浆的成分相当复杂,一般含水量为62.5%~70.0%,干物质30%~37.5%。蜂王浆中含20多种氨基酸,其中包括人体必需的8种氨基酸;清蛋白含量占蛋白质量的2/3,球蛋白含量占1/3,其清蛋白、球蛋白比例与人血液中的比例相同。蜂王浆的独有成分为10-羟基-△~2-癸烯酸,又叫王浆酸,它是蜂王浆的代表物之一。另外,蜂王浆还含有丰富的维生素,如乙酰胆硷、泛酸、肌醇、叶酸、V_B等,还含有激素、无机盐、有机酸、酶、糖类等多种生物活性

The proportion of albumin and globulin is the same as that of human blood. . The unique ingredient of royal jelly is 10-hydroxy-△2-2-decenoic acid, also called royal jelly acid, which is one of the representative of royal jelly.
