承担航天器发射试验的海上测控任务是航天测量船的核心价值所在,确保测量船试验能力持续提升、试验任务持续成功是建立、运行质量管理体系的首要目的。本文分析了测量船质量管理体系运行现状,提出质量管理体系与试验任务融合实施的思考,力求为推动质量管理体系与试验任务良性互动提供借鉴。
It is the core value of spacecraft to undertake the test and control of spacecraft launch and to ensure that the test capability of the survey ship continues to improve. The continued success of the test mission is the primary objective of establishing and operating a quality management system. This paper analyzes the status quo of the operation of the quality management system of the survey ship, puts forward the thinking of the integration of the quality management system and the testing tasks, and tries to provide reference for promoting the positive interaction between the quality management system and the testing tasks.
