为测试旋翼特性,设计一个测试旋翼转速、升力、转矩的简易平台,运用Lab VIEW程序发送PWM脉冲控制电子调速器驱动电机带动旋翼,同时触发数据采集卡进行多通道同步数据采集。通过数据采集卡采集由对应的传感器传输的旋翼特性信号,并通过Lab VIEW对数据进行读取、处理、显示及存储。测试平台能够实时得到任一时刻旋翼转速、升力及转矩。测试结果表明,测试平台能够准确得到旋翼特性数据。
In order to test rotor characteristics, a simple platform for testing rotor speed, lift and torque is designed. Using the LabVIEW program, a PWM pulse control electronic governor is used to drive the rotor to drive the rotor. Simultaneously, the data acquisition card is triggered to perform multi-channel synchronous data acquisition. Data collected by the acquisition card by the corresponding sensor transmission rotor characteristics of the signal, and through the LabVIEW data read, processing, display and storage. The test platform can get the rotor speed, lift and torque at any moment in real time. The test results show that the test platform can get the rotor characteristic data accurately.
