本文分析了预处理-超滤-反渗透工艺处理大庆油田某地区地下水设备的运行情况,并对超滤与反渗透产水勾兑进行了研究,确定了最佳勾兑比例。目前该深度处理站已投入运行,超滤及反渗透产水的指标均完全达到设计要求,且系统运行稳定。经过该工艺处理后,超滤出水浊度≤0.1 NTU,SDI≤2,反渗透出水平均电导率小于15 ms/cm,除盐率均接近98.7%,反渗透回收率达到75%,超滤产水与反渗透产水2∶3勾兑后,水质各项指标均符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006),并且主要水质指标远高于标准值。
