P物质、胆囊收缩素(CCK)和神经降压素(NT)为公认的脑-肠肽类物质,在功能上兼有内分泌激素和神经递质的作用,对垂体促性腺激素的分泌也有作用。但它们对与LH结构功能极其类似的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)是否有作用,至今未见报道,本工作观察了这三种物质对新鲜人工流产的绒毛hCG分泌的影响。
Substance P, cholecystokinin (CCK) and neurotensin (NT) are well-recognized brain-gut peptides that function both as endocrine hormones and neurotransmitters and also as pituitary gonadotrophs . However, whether they have any effect on human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), which has extremely similar function to LH structure, has not been reported so far. The effects of these three substances on hCG secretion in freshly induced abortion were observed.
