应用退热滴肠液治疗小儿外感发热７２例，设穿琥宁注射液对照组３０例，并进行了实验研究。资料表明，药后两组体温恢复正常时间比较，治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。药后两组总疗效比较，总有效率无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。实验研究结果显示该药具有抑菌、清热、抗病毒、抗炎作用。认为退热滴肠液降温平和，症因同治，临床效果显著。其给药途径适宜小儿，有药物和物理降温的双重作用。
