目的探讨双环醇对抗结核药物所致药物性肝损伤的预防作用。方法将130例初治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为两组,均应用“2HRZE(S)/6HR”方案进行抗结核化疗,同时,治疗组加用双环醇,对照组加用葡醛内酯,观察两组患者治疗过程中肝损伤发生情况。结果64例治疗组患者发生肝损伤3例,66例对照组患者发生肝损伤10例,发生率分别为4.7%和15.1%,差异有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组肝损害程度亦低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论双环醇可有效预防抗结核病治疗导致的药物性肝炎。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of bicyclol on drug-induced liver injury induced by antituberculosis drugs. Methods Thirty patients with newly diagnosed bacillary positive pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given “2HRZE (S) / 6HR” regimen for anti-TB chemotherapy. At the same time, bicyclol was added to the treatment group, Ester, observed two groups of patients during the treatment of liver injury. Results There were 3 cases of liver injury in 64 cases and 10 cases of liver injury in 66 cases. The incidence rates were 4.7% and 15.1% respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). The liver damage in treatment group was also low In the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Bicyclol can effectively prevent drug-induced hepatitis caused by anti-tuberculosis treatment.
