The reaction of [Pt (NH 3) 2 (H 2 O) 2] · (NO 3) 2 with guanosine at a molar ratio of 1: 1 resulted in the purification of 1: 1 pure compound by molar conductance, number average molecular weight, Elemental analysis, ~ (13) CNMR and UV spectra. The [Pt (NH 3) 2} _8 (GuOH_ (-1)) _7 (OH) _2] · (NO_3) _7 · 8H_2O was determined.
