最近,在进行社会主义法制教育中,不少基层干部和企业财务干部,提出减免税收和支持生产的关系问题,比如:是不是减税免税就是支持生产,不减税免税就是不支持生产?减税免税究竟应该掌握什么原则?到底谁有权批准减免税收等等。我想就这些问题,谈谈自己的意见。 Recently, during the education of socialist legal system, many grassroots cadres and corporate finance officers have raised the issue of the relationship between tax relief and production support.
