自由式摔跤项目作为一项选手直接对抗的运动,要求参与双方在规定的有效的时间内不断对抗,持续战斗,采取利于自己发挥的积极有效的进攻方式,从而达到最终目的。随着近几年来,运动员的身体素质水平的需求不断提高,在训练中也越来越注重身体素质状况,如何科学又系统的、有效合理的提高运动员的身体素质,逐渐成为我们在训练当中的不可忽视的问题。本文重点探讨了对自由式摔跤运动员如何进行科学化、多样化的身体素质培养,以及具体的相关培养方法和运动员身体素质的作用。
